Friday 7 August | Conference

Conference registration opens from 8.15am at the NZICC.

Collect your lanyard at the registration desk, enjoy a coffee, and catch up with colleagues before the conference begins.

Please arrive by 8.40am to join us for a mihi whakatau to officially welcome delegates before the opening keynote and conference programme begins.

In the evening, we'll head to the Maritime Room at Princes Wharf for the AMINZ Conference Dinner — an opportunity to celebrate, reconnect and enjoy an evening with colleagues from across the dispute resolution community.

Dietary requirements

Please note that any dietary requirements must be communicated to the conference organisers by Monday 20 July. Unfortunately, we may not be able to accommodate dietary requests received after this date. To check or update your dietary requirement status, please contact Emma at education@aminz.org.nz.

If you have notified us of your special dietary requirements, please make yourself known to the venue team.

Dress code

Business casual for the conference. Semi-formal for the Awards Dinner.

Health and Safety

Your health and safety are important to us. To help ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable conference, we ask that you:

  • Please stay home if you're unwell. If you're experiencing cold and flu symptoms, or any other contagious illness, we ask that you do not attend. If this affects your plans, please get in touch with us to discuss your options.

  • Take note of emergency exits. When you arrive, familiarise yourself with the emergency exits and evacuation procedures. In the event of an emergency, please follow instructions from venue staff and the AMINZ team.

  • Report any safety concerns. If you notice a hazard or anything that could pose a risk to others, please let a member of the AMINZ team or venue staff know as soon as possible.

Any venue-specific health and safety information will also be shared during the conference.
